CHOICE ENROLLMENT:


Choice Enrollment Round 1: January 8, 2018 - January 31, 2018

Choice Enrollment Round 2: February 9, 2018 - August 31, 2018

Families who wish to enroll their student in a school other than their neighborhood school must complete a Choice Enrollment Application . Please turn in your applications anytime during the applicable time frame. For further information regarding the Choice Enrollment process, please refer to the district website.

RETURNING STUDENTS:

Parents need to review/update information in Jeffco Connect. All updates and verification should be completed in Jeffco Connect starting July 31st, 2018 and must be completed by August 6th, 2018. 

2018-2019 school fees and lunch accounts may be paid online through Jeffco Connect starting July 31st. Fees may also be paid with a check or credit card in the office. 

In addition to completing updates in Jeffco Connect, please use the links at the bottom of the page to complete your registration. 


NEW STUDENTS:

New families should begin the enrollment process by creating an account in Jeffco Connect
. You will find helpful reference guides on the Jeffco Connect web page to assist you. School fees and lunch accounts may also be paid online through Jeffco Connect.


Please bring in copies of the following documents to the Three Creeks K-8 office as the second step of your enrollment process:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Immunization Record
  • Proof of residency (purchase contract, utility bill, lease agreement)

NEW STUDENTS WHO HAVE ALREADY ENROLLED 
(i.e. Kindergarten, Jeffco transfer):

Students who have recently enrolled at Three Creeks K-8, such as Kindergarten students or transfers from another Jeffco Public School still need to register. You may register by logging on to your Jeffco Connect account and making any updates/verifications needed. You may complete this step in Jeffco Connect starting July 31st and must be completed by August 6th, 2018.


FEE PAYMENT FOR 2018-2019 SCHOOL YEAR:

Beginning on Tuesday, July 31st, fee payment (school fees and lunch marks) for your student can be made online through Jeffco Connect by using the links under the 'User Information' box in Jeffco Connect. You may make payment for the 2018-19 school year with your debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted). Fees may also be paid with a check or credit card in the office during the week of July 31st. In addition to completing updates and paying school fees in Jeffco Connect, please use the links at the bottom of the page complete your registration.
