If Three Creeks K-8 is your neighborhood school or you child has been accepted to Three Creeks K-8 through Choice Enrollment, you must bring the following documentation into our main office to complete the enrollment process:
- Student immunization records
- Birth certificate
- Proof of address
It is important that you turn the above information into the main office at your earliest convenience (Deadline is Tuesday, May 21st) to complete enrollment.
