SAC (School Accountability Committee) Elections

The Three Creeks School Accountability Committee nominations and elections are upon us. There are two parent positions available and a community member position, and the positions requires a 2-year commitment. The members of the SAC work with administration and community members in regards to:

(1) Making recommendations to their principal concerning priorities for spending school funds.

(2) Making recommendations concerning the preparation of the school’s Performance, Improvement, Priority Improvement, or Turnaround plan (whichever is applicable).

(3) Providing input and recommendations to District Accountability Committees and district administration concerning principal development plans and principal evaluations.

4) Meeting at least quarterly to discuss implementation of the school’s plan and other progress pertinent to the school’s accreditation contract with the local school board.


Three Creeks will be accepting nominations for our school committee starting August 26th, and ending on September 3rd (at the end of school day). Voting will be September 6th-September 13th; Winners will be announced September 16th. The first meeting of the year will be September 18th.
