Responsibilities & Fees

  • Parent/Student Agreements: At the start of every school year, parents acknowledge their awareness and commitment to the Jeffco Technology Usage Agreement (in Jeffco Connect). This document is a great starting point for parents/guardians to talk with students about responsibility with school technology. 
  • The iPad as a Learning Tool: Three Creeks Teachers start every school year with expectations, as outlined in the Jeffco Technology Usage Agreement, with an iPad 101 Presentation. (Last updated for 2021-2022 school year.)
  • iPad Repair Costs: Jeffco/Three Creeks K-8 will pay for any manufacturer flaws associated with an iPad. Students/Families are responsible for all other repairs. Technology Repair Costs can be significant which is why we encourage all families to continually help students to understand the responsibilities of using and caring for technology. 
  • Student Passwords: Students in grades 6, 7, and 8 are responsible for the creation of a unique yearly password. Students may manage and change their passwords using the Jeffco Password Reset Tool. Teachers work with all students in grades K-5 to establish passwords.
