What is SAC?

Every school is required to have an accountability committee, giving the principal and community an opportunity to discuss and collaborate about school performance, budget, school structures, staffing, security, and any other topics needing community input. At Three Creeks, our school accountability committee is called SAC. All parents, teachers, and community members are welcome to attend.  
Engaging in budget priority discussions is a key responsibility of accountability committees. Along those lines, Jeffco created this resource to support engagement of SAC members in discussions related to school based budgeting.
To learn more about school culture, assessment data, and other information, families are encouraged to view the Jeffco Public Schools School Insights data tool. In SAC, we use facets of this data to identify successes and areas for improvement.

Meeting Dates

SAC (School Accountability Committee) meetings will be held from 5:30-6:30 pm and PTO meetings will immediately follow from 7-8 pm. For now, meetings are in person. We are looking into the possibility of offering a virtual option. 2021/2022 meeting dates:

- September 1, 2021
- November 3, 2021
- January 12, 2022
- March 2, 2022
- May 4, 2022
